Scott and Leslie Walt have been ministering in Austria since July 1988. They live and work in the district of Baden, which is just south of Vienna. Though Baden has a population of 100,000 people, the Walts were pastoring the only evangelical Bible teaching church in the district at this time. Their purpose and focus now is training local, national, and international leaders to be godly men and women and serve effectively in their home churches.

Rance and Stacy Bland - Albuquerque, NM

Serving globally in various locations.

Website: www.sportquest.org

Email: rance.bland@sportquest.org

Rance and Stacy have a long history with CityView.  Rance and Stacy met each other in the college ministry of City View, and then Rance served as our youth pastor from 2006 until 2012.  At that time, God called Rance and Stacy to join SportQuest as full-time missionaries and move to Belgium.  SportQuest is a global family of missionaries who use the tool of sports to reach youth and families and make disciples of Jesus Christ. SQ missionaries use a variety of sport ministry strategies such as sports camps, leagues, chaplaincy, clubs and teams, tournaments, and festivals to connect with people where they're at and help them take the next step on their spiritual journey toward Christ.

In 2015, Rance's role changed as he was asked to be the Global Director of SportQuest.  In this new role, he now oversees all SQ missionaries in various locations around the world such as Nigeria, South Africa, Belgium, Ukraine, Panama, Venezuela, and the United States.  Rance and Stacy now live with their son Jaxton in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which serves as a home base from which Rance is able to lead, train, and support the SQ staff as well as occasionally travel to visit and assist them on the field.  Stacy works as an ER nurse in Albuquerque and plays an important supporting role within SportQuest primarily through her relationship with other female staff members.
