Our Senior Pastor
Gary Kirksey, D.Min.
Gary and his wife Marsha returned to their childhood home of Lubbock in 1998 after pastoring congregations for nearly 30 years. Answering the call of God to come to Lubbock, they served Trinity Church for 2 years before moving on to birth the new work of City View Christian Fellowship. Their passion for the city church is evident as they are involved with efforts to unite congregations through prayer and relationship. It is with this vision, Pastor Kirksey founded City View Christian Fellowship. Gary and Marsha have two grown children.
David and Colleen Eppler
David and Colleen have a combined 47 years in ministry to the body of Christ. With a vision to see God move in our city, they joined Pastor Gary to serve the body here at City View. David currently serves in coordinating our cell and prayer ministries and is heavily involved with Pray Lubbock. Colleen oversees our assimilation and assists in other areas of the ministry. They have three grown children.
Bruce Menefee
Bruce and his wife Ruth responded to God’s call to come to Lubbock after 10 years of ministry at New Church Christian Fellowship in Ft. Worth. Eight of those years were ministering with Pastor Kirksey where God used them in that great work together. Bruce serves as worship pastor and oversees our missions and hospital care. They have 2 children, Joshua and Isabella.
Pastor Rance and Stacy Bland
Rance and his wife Stacy have a true missions-heart and it overflows to the ministries they oversee. As pastor to our youth and college, Rance has a big heart to see students grow in wisdom, knowledge and favor with God and with others. Rance and Stacy are proud parents of two puppies, Molly and Lilly.
Deborah Jimenez
Deborah oversees our City Kids Ministry, ages birth through 6th grade. Her passion is to disciple parents and children into knowing and experiencing Jesus’ love through God’s Word and through worship. Deborah and her husband Victor are a blended family with 5 children from ages 7‒24.
We are grateful for men and women of God who have a heart for this church and who can give wise counsel. Our advisory council is people who help create a sense of accountability in areas of vision, financial matters and administration. Meeting regularly with Pastor Gary, these volunteers are knitted together with our staff, even though they function in an advisory role.
Charles Young
Charles brings a wonderful gifting of business-sense and godly wisdom to this team of Advisors. He and his wife Christine have three young children and have been a part of City View, involved in many areas of ministry since its beginning.
Mike Henthorn
Mike and his wife Donna are heart-deep in seeing God move in West Texas. As a business owner and contractor, Mike's experience has been a true God-send as we break ground for our first facility. The Henthorns have three grown children and one grandchild.
Nicky Fowler
With a heart for seeing God transform our city, Nick and his wife Betty are an influence in the professional world. They also have a heart for our College and young adults and have been instrumental in being a consistent role model here at City View. Nick has great wisdom and is a great asset to our Advisory Council. They have three grown children.
Early in 2003, our government was established to include elders. Elders are both administrative and ministerial in their function, a reason some of them are full-time pastors on our staff.

Joe and his wife Sydna, serve as wise counsel in the area of vision and administration and they also oversee our Cleansing Streams Ministry. Their heart for seeing people healed emotionally is the theme of their lives. They bring a unique balance of ministry heart and management skill to our body of believers.
City View is blessed to belong to Fellowship of Connected Churches Association, a team of gifted, seasoned men who give covering and accountability in an apostolic capacity. These men serve congregations as sounding boards and counsel as well as teachers and encouragers all over the nation. Our pastoral team is blessed by their personal demeanor in having access to their fathering counsel.
T. D. Hall
T. D. is the director of Fellowship of Connected Churches and Ministries which serves as an apostolic network. T. D. and his dedicated wife Sarah bring fifty-two years of vocational ministry experience to our table. T. D. and Sarah live in Euless, Texas.
Dudley Hall
Dudley Hall serves on the apostolic team of the Fellowship of Connected Churches and Ministries. As a teacher given to the Body of Christ, he shares a refreshing message of grace and restoration. He and his sweet wife Betsy reside in Colleyville, Texas.
Peter Lord
Peter is an international speaker who derives great joy in assisting churches in their spiritual development. Peter's life message is teaching others how to have intimacy with God. Peter and his precious wife Johnnie will celebrate their fiftieth year in ministry this year.
Jack Taylor
Jack is a pastor's pastor, author, international speaker, and serves as president of Dimensions in Christian Living. Jack has always chased after the things of the Spirit, and has a way of encouraging congregations to live their spiritual lives on the edge. Jack's charismatic wife, Barbara, went to be with the Lord during 2001. He lives in Indialantic, Florida.
Doug White
Doug serves others with a real father’s heart, and he has many sons in the ministry. Doug was the founding pastor of Restoration Church in Euless, Texas approximately eighteen years ago. Doug and Restoration have had a powerful impact upon the kingdom in providing renewed vision and healing to people from all walks of life.
